Be careful on the 5 years warranty and dont expect all parts to be covered Its part life/mileage expectancy that they get you on.
I don't know where you got your prices from, but I had two top of the range old style Sorentos and they both cost well over £20000
The new version KX2 cost me just under £23000.
As I said before, the latest version is not quite as good as a tug, but it's not far off, pulls my my Moonstone (1630Kg) with no problems at all. You just need to load it different to keep the nose-weight down to 80Kg, it's worth it, as the fuel consumption towing is nearly 50% better than the older versions.

From What Car website - well done on your discount, it's better than the What Car target - they give overall running costs as 66p/mile for the Sorento KX2 and 60p/mile for the similarly equipped Santa Fe Premium.steve w77 said:

It wasn't 20 months ago, when I bought mine. All new cars are vastly over priced, but we just can't stop buying them. I have no doubt that the Hyundia is a fine motor, just didn't appeal to me. It would not do, if we were all the same, life would be very boring.

Message for mike mine was on a motability lease I had to pay a big deposit but you don't get it back either. I would have thought you could lease one or maybe get a Loan for home improvements and use that on the car instead on hp finance. Shop around there are good deals.

Surely if you get a Home improvements loan to buy a car and you default then you home is at risk, whereas if you get a car loan then only the car is at risk?
Companies are less reluctant to loan money now?
