Hi all,
I have often looked at the information given by others and found this a really informative and friendly site, so hello from Wales.
We have always had a Fleetwood Heritage 650EB and she is a wonderful van, however, we feel it maybe time for a change. I have towed various caravans both with AL-KO and BPW chassis, and I prefer AL-KO but there are so many makes and models, so can anyone help - I am looking for a list of caravan manufactures that use AL-KO chassis, all I know at present is Bailey use AL-KO but who else?
There may not be a site that can provide this information but if there is anyone that could give me a list I would really appreciate it and if not then its still great to be a member.
Many Thanks

At last Yippee another Fleetwood owner........oh NO you are selling her/him. :(
I have the Fleetwood Sonata Symphony which is on an alko chassis but to be fair it was built in Slovenia by Adria so am assuming Adria use the Alko.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

Hi Gagakev,
Thank you for your welcome,
We have not decided to sell yet, she (sorry our caravan) is like a part of the family now, it will take an exceptional caravan to replace her.

Thanks again

Hi JD welcome to the forum. Parting (with a van) is such sweet sorrow; but shopping for a new van is great fun. :cheer: let us know how you go on.

Welcome to the practical caravan forum
When we parted with our Bailey Ranger 460/4 caravan in July 2013 we have owned from new but we have been Touring for 35 years and we decided a change was needed ,
We decided to try out a Seasonal Site in the Midlands so in January 2014 we were looking at some caravans dealers and we took a liking to this caravan .
its a Elddis Crusader Super Sirocco Twin Axle Caravan, Dark Glass, L Shaped at the front Big Fridge Freezer Fixed Bed End Washroom ,(We had everything on our wishlist) Our second Season starts soon cannot wait to get the Winter Cover of her....
So be looking forward to what you get if you decide to sell her .
Regards

Welcome to the forum JD123.
Our Bailey is now eight years old and still ticks all the boxes.
Why change if your Fleetwood does everything you want.
Good luck in your search.
