Hello, I have joined this forum in Practical Caravan to learn as much as possible about caravans, towing vehicles and all other aspects of camping and Caravanning.
I have rented a motor home and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have now decided that when I retire (another 2 years yet !) we will get a caravan and a decent tow car and enjoy the life I can see all you people are enjoying now.
So in the mean time my enjoyment will consist of looking forward to that day, researching and reading as much as possible from experienced people already living the dream, and when my time to buy comes, my decisions will be based on rock solid advice and experience and give me the confidence to make the right choices.

Hi, welcome to the forum. Enjoy looking and choosing. It is possible to hire a touring caravan in some places if you want to dip your toe in before retirement.
