Hi - just joined today. So excited - we are waiting for our first ever motorhome. We did a "try before you buy" and hired a motorhome during half term and that confirmed to us we definitely want our own 😱hmy:
Another good thing with hiring was that we found out what we liked / didn't like with the layout so hopefully we have now chosen a layout that will work for us.
We are getting an Adria Matrix Axess M670 SL - it is 2015 model but has been on the dealer's site as a showcar so has not been used/driven. Now just waiting and waiting and waiting for it to be registered and fixed so we can bring it home 🙂
 
Nothing much planned yet - first milestone is to pick it up in about 2-3 weeks time. When we rented a couple of weeks back we did 1,000 miles in 6 days - lesson learned was that was a bit too much so next time we will stay longer at one or two places - not dash along the coast to 5 🙂

It is exactly a year ago this weekend that we hired our Motorhome and decided to bite the bullet and buy !

Yes, only a year, that does seem surprising, we tried it out on Father's Day weekend and took delivery in August last year.

V much enjoying the MH, meeting up with a bunch of friends for a party and charity BBQ at Tallington Lakes, several of us are have vans and camping over too.

Only about 3 miles from my house but it's stiil chance to catch up with friends and use the van !
