Legal replies would be good
Reference wilkl be made to the sale of goods act 1979 including amendments 92/94 s14/2/2a/2b
not of satisfactory quality 20 faults some minor 70% from factory and has also been back to factory, may also have damp unit covered 1800 miles 1000 attempting to get repaired.

Hi Jackthemondoe,
Sorry to read about your teething problems with a new motorhome. The Editor is at an RV show in America at the moment, but meanwhile I was just wondering, did you buy from one of the main motorhome manufacturers or a small van conversion company? Either way, the general advice is to write letters to the company you bought the motorhome from stating clearly what the problems are and when you noticed them. Give the firm a chance to get these problems fixed. Keep copies of all your correspondence, not down any phone calls, print out the emails. Build up a file, just in case. With luck the end game will be that they fix all the problems and you have a lovely time in your motorhome. However, we carried a story a while back about a lady who took a van converter to the Small Claims court to get her money back, which you might like to read – http://bit.ly/1yiOa1Y. Good luck.
