New roof Vents fro my Swift

On a very very windy wet drive home from pembrey in sth wales to norfolk i managed to have one roof vent ripped off and the other had the top setion ripped off to allow water in through the slotted vent section.

unfortunatly i didnt notice till the morning as i got home really late and just parked it up ready for unloading in the morning.

So now i need a couple of new vents. question is though i cant seem to find online any that will fit. the hole is 360mm square but everything i have found so far is either too big or too small.

Can you help me out at all?
