new rules

just returned from a lovely weekend away at Tewkesbury abbey caravan club site, having past my test nearly 30 years ago i must assume that the highway code has changed.on the way there and back i made a few observations.

people towing trailer tents can tow at 70mph plus and use all 3 lanes on the motorway,

horse box`s complete with horse can be towed with any vehicle and at any speed .

is it me.......

no tony its not you, we were passed on the A30 on Sunday by a bloody great 4x4 towing a trailer tent, we were doing 75mph !!!!!!!

No Tony not you

Down here in West Sussex the buses do 50mph and more in 30mph zones. Speeding is a big problem here and drivers on mobile phones. I have seen police look at them but do nothing in the borough to stop that problem. In Surrey if your court on a mobile and driving you have had it.

I wish the police would have a merciless blitz on people towing trailers and caravans with regard to speeding and using illegal lanes.

Too often, hundreds of drivers going about their lawful driving are held up for ages by "accidents" where some big-headed PRAT has decided that he/she can ignore the rules put there for their own, and other people's safety.

No time for these arrogant so called drivers.
