New to caravanning, need some advice please

Hello everyone,my name is julie and my husband is nick and we are new to caravanning and we need some advice please. We have just bought an Avondale perle orion 1995 model, but we have a problem with the electrics, we can get electric off the battery, but not off the mains. My husband said that there is a green light on the fuse box, but no electric off the mains. Any advice would be grately appreciated.

Thanks for replying, we,ve managed to sort out the electrics with the help of a friend of ours. Can,t wait to take our van out. Hoping to go for the weekend after easter if the weather is okay, but we will be definately going Mayday bank holiday weekend to Warren Farm in Brean Sands with a few of our friends.
