New to the forum

Hi all,

New to the forum and relative newbie within the caravaning world.

Having always been on caravan holidays as a child I love caravans and the freedom they offer. When my parents went to p/x their newly acquired [long story] 1992 Bailey Discovery 400 for a newer van I jumped at the chance to snap it up for the low-ball p/x offer price.

Fast forward a year and we have just put a deposit on a 1993 Lunar Premiere 515 as my daughter now wishes to join us and at 11 really needed her own room. We only popped in to buy an awning and annexe!

We have two dogs and we don't like putting then in kennels, the caravan allows us to take them with us and have them enjoy the holidays as much as us.

Looking forward to contributing to the forum in the coming months / years 🙂

Welcome to the forum. So many of us caravanned with our parents as children and the happy memories of that always stays with you.

It's ideal that your dogs can come away with you too!

Hi Harri. Welcome to the forum. Can't beat caravanning as a holiday for kids and dogs; but mostly as a holiday for grown ups :cheer:
