Thank you for accepting me.
I am new to Motorhomes. I bought a Bailey Adamo 69-4. We have used it for first time and found a most horrendous whistling noise above the cab when travelling at over 50mph. Conditions were not windy on the motorway. Checked the roof hatches and all secure. Has anyone else had this??

Welcome aboard 👍

Can't help with 1st hand knowledge of motorhomes as we've always had caravans.
If you purchased it from a dealer I'd take it back and get them to check it out and rectify it for you.

Hi welcome to the Forum. Do you know if any other owners of similar motorhomes have experienced similar whistling? Anyway at that speed such a vehicle should be relatively subdued noise-wise. Back to dealership perhaps ? Like to hear your feedback please on any investigations.

Only ever been a caravan owner as are most of the members on this forum. Nevertheless, I feel sure you are welcomed.

Looking at your van which I imagine is like this:

The edges of the roof vent could be the culprit. There may be a wind deflector that could be fitted in front of it. eg. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Clover-Uni...Deflectors&qid=1764182306&s=automotive&sr=1-2

I would look for a motorhome forum, or perhaps a Bailey motorhome forum. You may find your answer there.
