On Sunday myself and my girlfriend were slightly board, we dedcided to call to Glossop Caravans ( I know how to treat a lady) I was saying to Paula i dont want them trying to sell me one, " Walk in say not buying today" but you would like to look, 2 and a half hours later I am the owner of a Atlas Florida 2001..... and how excited am I.
This is not something I have just jumped into I always wanted one and I think this offer was too good to miss and if I didnt do it then I probably would never had done it.
It was much easier than I thought I gave then my budget this includes the transport to the site and the site fees. They are going to email me the sites that except my caravan and arrange days to visit say 5 in a day now im like a child at Christmas and want to get it now!!. Paula has already made the list of things we need and the colour scheme !

Congratulations on your new acquisition, would I be right in thinking that your new caravan is a static mobile home rather than a tourer?
I wish you and Paula every success in finding a suitable site and hope that you have many happy times away now that you've taken the plunge.
You are of course more than welcome to use Practical Caravan forum to seek advice and to share information but this website and forum is primarily focused on touring caravans. Unfortunately our knowledge base might not be so complete with regard to aspects of static ownership but there are internet forums available which are mainly concerned with static caravan ownership.

Go Static is one forum where you will be sure to receive good advice from fellow static caravan owners. Good Luck
