New van. Alarm issues.

Hiya everyone. Has anyone had any issues with the Sargent Stinger 310 alarm working in conjunction with a Phantom Proactive tracker.
Reason I ask is we picked up a new Fairway 636 on Saturday and have had 4 false activations. Each time Phantom call us to check all is ok. I don't want to set the alarm as I know it will go off.

there a number of causes of activation but if you can advise how many "beeps" you heard when you dis-armed the alarm this will indicate the cause.
If you could send me an email with your contact details on then I will ask one of our support team to give you a call on Monday to discuss the issue, I will call Phantom to discuss what the activation told them.
If the issue is the proximity of the tracking system then again I will discuss with Phantom.

I suggest you contact Sargents and get their help, they know what they are doing and are very helpful
