New Year help please

Happy New Year to you all,

We purchased our first van in November (2007 Avondale)and are itching to get away in it at New Year. Those sites I have contacted are full - Does anyone know of any availability bet 31.12 and 2.1 within 50ish miles of Nottingham - with good facilities. We are a family with three children (3-10).

Thanks

Andy B

I don't know if you are a member of the Caravan Club, but I've looked on there for you and the following sites have vacancies, don't know where abouts in Notts you are so they prob go over the 50 mile radius:

Blackshaw Moor, Leek, Staffordshire - that's not too far

Beechwood Grange, York, North Yorkshire

Blackpool South, Blackpool, Lancashire (e by gum)

Regards

Lisa

Clumber park. C.C site. very nice. Use the forestry workers club for beer. It is a private bar but they let the caravanners use it.

Cheers Mick.

I like the sounds of the bar - will make a change to Centre Parcs at Sherwood Forest
