Newbie Caravan Owners - Bailey Unicorn Cabrera

Hi, as someone who grew up going on caravan holidays as a child, as very much older adults, we've now acquired our first "grown up" caravan. We went with a Baileys Unicorn Cabrera and are towing with a VW Transporter 4-motion, 204PS TDI model. Very happy with the combination.

We took it for our first away weekend at the weekend just past and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our main reason for getting the van was that we wanted a more luxurious way to attend music festivals rather than the bog standard camping, and paying through the nose for glamping. It will obviously get far more use than that!

Joined for any tips, tricks or things to look out for in respect to the van or towing.

Hopefully many happy years ahead!

Congratulation on new purchase. As for advice don't rush out and buy whole lot extras and gagets day one. Do a few trips and see what you actually needed. Talk to fellow campers and ask what they've found useful.
