Hi all,

I see there are a few threads below regarding I insurance but I am a newbie to this, can any one advise a good insurer and what I really need? Caravan I have just brought is 10 years old and only valued at around 4k but I would like to know I have it all covered, including if I break down (I have car breakdown cover)
 
If you have bought it insure it ASAP! Most providers can issue a cover note after a phone call. Just have all your caravan details with you.

NFU are especially good and allow a monthly payment scheme that is NOT a loan with a high APR. Specialist brokers are worth a call, but from my experience, for speed and good quality cover NFU are hard to beat.

In coming years - consider the CC or C&CC as well as other schemes available from brokers.
 
Thanks for the response, dont panic I dont pick it up for 2 weeks from the dealer!!,, I will have a look at RFU, I see some of the questions are around security and I am not sure if my caravan has any (10 years old) I did notice though some window etchings...
