we’ve caravanned, motorhomed and towed a car behind this latest motorhome. Now it’s sold we back to a car and caravan. Bailey 440+ 2023. Hope we’ve done the right thing we now in our 70’s. Finding it difficult to attach tow car to motorhome too heavy to lift. We’ve ordered said Bailey but are now worried it’s too long to fit our drive. Can I ask please what is the total length with draw bar. Told it was 7 metres but I’ve had conflicting advice it’s longer. Please help.

21 foot is 6.3 metres so not enough for that caravan.

It is 1.64 feet too long for the drive even if you positioned the back right up against a fence/wall etc

Welcome to the forum. Not sure where you are with the purchase but it looks like the Bailey is going to be too long. I suspect you are looking for a fixed bed model. You might want to look at the Sprite Alpine 4 which I think will just fit at 6.45 m.
I am 76 and we can still manage the caravan easily enough, but do have a motor mover fitted and have a drill for the steadies.
