Newto forum

Hi

Just saying hello as I'm new on the forum. We currently have an Abbey GTS 215, but have a new Swift Challenger Sport 554 on order expected end of June. Hopefully July will be kind with the weather to make the most of it. I look forward to reading all the posts and expanding my knowledge.

Andy

Hi Andy, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum, I bet that you can't wait until June!
The weather can't be much worse at the moment with 'wintry showers' forecast for this weekend when we're away

I hope that you will enjoy using the forum, please let us know how the handover of the new caravan goes

We mostly try to go to CLs around Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. Probably out fravourite local larger site is Sherwood Forest at Old Clipstone. A nice location and nice dog walks. Low Manesty at Keswick is probably one of our favourites further afar.

We are going to France next year turing for 3 weeks, so will probably be asking around for suggestions nearer the time.

Thanks again for the welcome.

Andy

hi Andy, welcome to the forum. we have not been abroad with the van but plenty of members have I am sure you will get all the help you need with anything you have a question about . just Ask.

Hello, hope handover goes well and the van is everything you want it to be. We don't do abroad as we've found the telly programmes to be of a lower quality than the uk!!!

We only use CL's and CS's going home to Devon and Hampshire frequently and languishing in Yorkshire the rest of the time.
