Nice car. I don't think it is affected by this recall;
4-12-2009: Nissan is recalling more than 345,000 vehicles in Japan and
abroad due to faulty brakes and fuel gauges.Comp any spokesman Mitsuru
Yonekawa said the recall affected a total of 345,306 vehicles. Nearly
92% of the recalled vehicles were sold in Japan, with the rest mainly in
Asia. But added the corrosion could cause malfunction for parking
brakes. The recalled vehicles were the Elgrand minivan, the Serena
minivan and the Cefiro sedan.

I had a drive in one once and was very impressed but was a bit worried aabout the parts and service availability,the diagnostics come up in japanese on nissan uk .When I w was looking at them noone had got the satnav to work with uk discs although that is minor.There is an internet owners forum that is very helpful,they look a superb towcar with loads of toys,good luck with it

Hi Deli Dave , yes theres plenty to get your head round, but when you get used to it its a dream to drive , and fast if you put your foot down. Sat nav is no use at all. we called Alpine and its the same system they fit in RR in japan , cant get it to work but still trying. On 6th Jan its in for a gas conversion so that should be interesting. doesnt do as much to the gallon as the pajero but petrol is 6p a litre cheaper so works out ok over all.
