No 12 volt power

Hi I just bought a caravan and everything was working fine. But the other day I noticed we have no 12 volt power when I run it off the mains, caravan battery or car battery. iv checked all fuses and they seem to be okay. The battery indicator light doesnt even light up on the electric board when everything is on. I hadn't got a clue what else to do. The Caravan is a coachman genius/se 1996.

Have you checked the fuse between your battery and your fuse box switches where there is a fuse by itself ?

Yes I found them and checked they were under the seats at the back of the battery. They seemed fine and no damage to them. Thanks

Them ? I take it you found all of them but there should be one by itself away from the fuse box behind it towards your battery ?

I found a pair of blue fuses at the back of the battery

No still not working. The fridge doesn't work when it's hooked up to the car either which it's meant too isn't it?
