No 12v power through 12v socket in caravan

I have a 2014 Venus 380/2 for which I think I have blown a fuse in the 12v system in the caravan due to using a faulty 12v car vacuum cleaner. I have purchased a new 12v cleaner and tested it in the car, so it works. But it doesn't in the caravan. I assume a fuse has blown in the caravan, but I don't know which fuse to change in the consumer unit ? Can anyone help.?

Take one out and test it with a multimeter or fuse tester. If its ok replace it and try the next one.

If you are not sure of what you are doing refer it to someone who is.

It is probable the cleaner exceeded the fused rating for the lighter socket in the caravan however it should be an easy job finding the culprit , plug something into the ciggy socket which will alert you when powered up then if you have a collection of new fuses change each one for a new one one at a time matching the rating then when the cigarette socket becomes live again you have found the one you needed Importantly now label the fuse as ciggy socket on a notepad or on the consumer unit then you will know next time .if you find out what the others do in this process then label them too ?.

Thank you for your reply and I have now found the blown 10A fuse. Have put a new one in and it works fine.

Thanks for your help.
