No EHU advice please

http://www.practicalcaravan.com/advice/loading-your-caravan-safely#comment-793260

I have moved my caravan to a site with no EHU. The battery fitted is a standard 76ah leisure battery. I am contemplating a solar panel to charge the battery and a suitcase generator for mains when needed.
(a) Am I on the right track and if so
(b) how big a solar panel do Im really need and
(c) any recomendations re a suitcase generator including what size output.
Why move , because my old storage is being redeveloped and due to poorer health my wife and I are a bit tired of travelling but we love our caravan

hi,
the size of solar panel depends on what you are going to use on 12v. large solar panels will need a controller box so the battery isnt overcharged. will you want to keep moving the panel so it is facing the sun??
generator is a good idea but will the site let you have one? what will you use on 240v? how big the genny?

sorry that you need to answer these before the size of panel or genorator can be advised

hope this helps
