Hi

Back for help once again!

I have no 12v power incoming to toilet cabinet.

Other 12v systems in van are working.

Noticed when flush stopped working and found PCB connections in Thetford unit had failed. Reconnected and still not working. As mentioned issue appears to be no incoming power.

Not sure how to fix?

Is there a fuse in the thetford external locker? Can you track back along the wiring to try and find a point where there is a voltage?
From where I am checking in the photo I showed, the cables seem to return to pdu. There is no fuse I can find. I have checked back along as much as I can without ripping van apart! Also referred to diagram attached

Don't assume issues are with +12V wire.
When my bailey ranger tail lights were playing up I discovered it was bad negative(white wire). Fault was poor/dirty connection in large connector hanging underfloor(outside) van in rear.

It's very unfortunate but I don't think I can post a pdf manual for your Thetford c2.There are two micro switches inside the "mechanism" that can cause you problem also a fuse either a blade or cartridge type..4 screws hold the mechanism in place.. Once the cassette has been removed...a well trained orangutan would make an ideal assistant to remove the inner far screw...if I remember correctly they are ph2 screw but I'm not sure ...hope all goes well ,,Gary

Look in the main fuses in the PDU (power distribution unit) and you should see one marked pumps. This is where the toilet is fed from.
Replaced that fuse. Still no power incoming to toilet enclosure. Will be using the manual sprayer instead of powered flush I think!
