No power to sockets

Hi I hope someone can advise we're on a seasonal site for the 5th year running . EHU all ok battery showing 12.5 volts .
Lights ok
Radio ok
Fridge ok
Pump ok
No sockets working ?
I've changed the fuse still not working 😕
Any help appreciated

Are the mains breakers in the power supply unit switched off when they should be on?

Sorry to ask the obvious. Are you sure that the fridge is working on ehu and hasn’t switched to gas?

All the above points to a failure in the 230V mains supply system or wiring. This is corroborated with the battery only sitting at 12.5V, when if it is being charged by the mains it should be much closer to 13.8V.

Have you checked the switches in the mains electrical consumer unit. The RCD and MCB's should all be UP. As a test press the "TEST" button in the RCD which should almost instantly cause the RCD to turn off. If it doesn't turn OFF then it suggests there is no 230V ac supply reaching the consumer unit, and the fault must either in the EHU cable, of the sites EHU system.
