Unremovable fridge element

Hello , can anyone advise me , I have a thedford fridge with the 240v element tripping electric .
I have went to remove but it is absolutely siezed and unlikely to come out without drilling .
Has anyone thought of putting a new tube receiver beside the original and bypassing the old one ?

Often things siezed in with heat will come out if left overnight soaked in Coca Cola. Works on car glow plugs siezed.
