Noisy Carver Thames Water Pump

Hoping someone may answer this.

Out Carver Thames Water Pump makes loud droning noises when ever a tap is turned on and even more so on using the shower. We have the Cascade Mk11 Water Heating System. Water flow out of the taps is steady and continuous. The pump light goes out a few seconds after the tap is turned off. The only problem is the noise coming from the pump of which we can hear three caravan pitches away. Our friends Carver pump running through the same type of system is silent.

Is our water pump on it's way out? Is there something that can be altered to make it quiter?

I had same problem with old van, pump was dragging on the bottom of the Aqua roll just pulled the coller up so it was not draggin on the bottom and hey preston noise reduced, hope this is the same for you.
