I thought I would post a positive comment about the service I recieved from Northam farm this weekend.
My beloved Jubilee was in need of a new set of bathroom taps and a replacement gas regulator.
After a simple phone call they told me that there was no problem and both items were in stock, being that my van is still under manufacturer warranty I thought that it might have to be booked in for the work where as I really wanted to do it myself. they told me that if I was happy to fit them they would do just that.
I was staying in a near by site this weekend so I popped in Friday afternoon and they swapped the regulator and taps with no questions asked.
Isnt it nice that not all dealers are trying to screw us out of our warranties. Thanks Northam farm.
