Oh crikey things get worse by the day. Ah well hopefully I will get a good run southwards down the Fosse this afternoon.

Prof - I towed an old van in Southern Darkest Africa 6000 miles across gravel potholed bad roads, had many a flat tyre but the van and my Toyota 4 x 4 survived perfectly. Biggest problem I had was when we left a floor air vent flap open and had to spend days trying to clear the dust out the van! When I say bad roads I mean bad roads. From where I sit, old vans were MUCH STRONGER!
