Not been Well

Hi All
Not been well for a few months then my Back started a couple weeks now so i have been on painkillers and Deepheat & Freeze Spray .
Had to cancelled a holiday & Fishing Trip

Health issues are always a concern and disruptive to ones enjoyment of life.

Lets hope you are on the way to getting back to normal and back to fishing etc.
