Does anyone have any info regarding older vehicles in tunnels in Europe ( I mean over 10 years)> I am told that they aren't allowed. I would like to hear the regs on the matter.Thanks
 
I really don't know where you got that information from or what purpose such a restriction is supposed to serve if it did exist.

I Know of some restrictions that are aimed at commercial vehicles over 7.5 or 12 tonnes in Europe these are done on "Euro Levels" ie 1 or 2 etc and are emissions based. However you best bet is to try the overseas motoring department of the AA or RAC for the latest restrictions; if any on Cars.
