Absolutely brilliant

Much less hassle setting up with the Tv and digi box permanently connected.

Excellent fitting instructions.

We have the TV on 12V and via an inverter were able to watch TV when waiting for the ferry at Roscoff.

Where the van stands at home it faces a large tree yet it still pulls in a strong signal.

Thank you John

When I have had the van a few weeks it may well be worth the investment.

Just need to work out a place for fitting

John

Unfortunatly in a Caralina the wardrobe is in the bathroom so need to have a mooch around and take some measurements.

Did you fit the unit yourself?

I did fit it myself

The mast could easily be shortened to fit into a cupboard as once installed it doesn't go up and down but it takes the stresses rather than the thin roof aluminium.

We have had some strong winds and its been fine.

The plastic locking screw did crack so when it was replaced I started to just tighten it by hand but I have added a metal aerial clamp with wing nuts that gets a better grip on the pole (Maplins)

You just drill a 40mm hole in the roof with a hole saw using the template provided and I lined the side with a nice piece of boarding to take the screws and give more strength.

I got mine from a Sat Shop in Sandbach for
