Omnivent rooflight.

Hello everyone,here I am again asking some advice,the rooflight on my Abbey Vogue 416 2002 model, has been smashed by persons unknown, I intend to repair myself if possible.Please could anybody tell me is it possible to just replace the outside hinged panel/fanlight.
