Hi we have taken delivery of a S6 Senator California, could some one confirm the handle position to have the on board water tank and an aqua roll feed the shower.

My S6 Wyoming tank has two taps. When you open the door flap near teh tank and pump you will see a very clearly red marked sticker which tells you which permutation to use as regards the two taps positions.
I don't understand your reference to the "shower" unless your model is different??
Basically mine is:-
Fill onboard tank from aquaroll
Feed taps from onboard tank
Feed taps from aquaroll
Last two automatically include the shower.
Check your handbook.

I have read the hand book and it makes sense! What it does not tell you is the following procedure.
If you wish to have extra water available e.g from the 30ltr on board tank and a full external 40ltr Aqua Roll to be able to have sufficent water to have two successive showers, what position do you have the tank handles in and is the switch position "Run" or "Fill. 40ltrs of water is not sufficent for two showers, even taking into consideration the 10ltrs of hot water available on board, even though this is mixed at least by 60-70% with cold to be able to stand under the shower without getting scalded!!!! Now do you see where I am coming from?

My S6 will only allow you to use one source or the other but not both at the same time. Well that's how we see it.
30 litres splash and dash is certainly enough for the boss who has long hair and adds all sorts of potions to it and rinses off ok.
It will never be like a domestic shower for duration.

Ray that according to the Bailey manual is just that, But I,ve had a word with one of the technical guy's at Bailey and this is what he suggested.
Looking under the bunk from the centre isle turn the left hand lever towards the pump, this will open all valves and feed's. Then turn the right hand lever towards the Hot water tank, this will give feed from the 30ltr on board and the hot water tank. The Left lever being in the position will allow feed from the aqua roll and 30ltr tank.
There we have it!
Hopefully this will work, if not its fully serviced pitches, sharing a shower, using on site showers again or making sure that SWMBO make sure both aqua rolls are full before I have a shower.I much prefere the sharing the shower option!!

That's weird.
No mention of that in my handbook.
The left tap can be turned to midway pointing towards the pump. The right tap only points to the pump in the midway position , not the hot water tank.
I was told to leave all drain cocks open and the taps both pointing towards the pump when draining down for the window.
If I use the aquaroll to feed the taps the output pressure is not as great when using the inboard tank.
Can Bailey explain on here please if we can do things other than mentioned in their handbook??

mine is the same as dusty dogs,i think the resistance of the filter slows the flow a little on aquaroll.When the switch is on 'fill' a float switch cuts off the pump power when the tank is full,the previous series had an overflow that you had to watch/listen for.
Well thats straight from the horse's mouth at Bailey, they can't print every eventuality in the hand book it would be thicker than the Bible. This info was gigen this afternoon from one of the technical bod's at Bailey! Why doubt them, if it works great if it dosen't, whats the loss

I'm just as stunned as Dustydog because the printed instructions in my S6 don't give a hint of this but I'm going to give it a try next time out just in case. So thanks
Bit concerned that there is no risk of blowing the hot water tank heater if it runs dry.
And how do you manage with more than 40 litres of waste water if not on a fully serviced pitch?!!

Rest assured I don't disbelieve you in fact I too will give it a go in a few weeks time. We have two 40 litre aquarolls just in case we run out mid stream!.
As Malcolm says , what about the wastemaster? I don't fancy carrying two of those.
I wonder if Bailey or PC's Doug King or Nigel can comment technically on this forum?

Hi Dustydog,
we too have two aqua rolls, I think if the wastemaster is empty there should not be a problem, but if it does overflow with that type of water it would not be the end of the world as long as it effects nobody else. Off any where nice in a few weeks, were off to France about the same time,can't wait!
