Outdoor Shower

I've just bought a Compass Omega with a fitting for a Truma outdoor shower.

Bought one and fitted it but although water does get into the pipe, nothing really flows. I think this is because my pump is operated by the switches in the taps, rather than being a pressurised system.

Could I fit a seperate switch outside to work the pump or would that over-pressurise the system and cause damage when the shower nozzle was turned off?

Any advice welcome.

Hi Bob,

I purchased an Omega 544 last year and this also has the facility for an outside shower. However, I remember the salseman telling me that you need to make a small change to the pipework inside the van. Take a look in the user handbook it might explain.

Cheers,

Mick

Thanks Mick, I'm going to see my dealer about that.
