Outstanding customer service from Powrtouch

Once again, Powrtouch has given outstanding customer service.
A wire disconnected in the handset of our motor mover and after discussing the problem with a technician at Powrtouch on the phone, we were told a replacement handset would be despatched and were asked to return the faulty one. A new handset arrived within 48hrs, enabling us to begin our impending caravanning trip without any hassle. As we are unable to manhandle the caravan, the mover is the best thing we have bought and is essential to us.
Thank you Powrtouch - the good name you have rightly earned for customer service over the years, continues!

I am awaiting delivery of my mover today but can only reiterate what has been said that since I placed the order they have been brilliant..pity some other firms didnt take the lead from them.

Although I haven't needed their customer service it's nice to hear such comments. Over the years on this forum I've only heard one negative comment. The many, many plaudits for this company is the reason we chose PowrTouch for our new Bailey 18 months ago.
