Hi , we are going down to cornwall at the end of July from up north! and are looking to break the journey up. Can anyone recommend a site that will let us book 1 night only in peak season around the Bristol area or failing that a safe motorway services. Thanks Ste

Have you tried the Caravan Club site, Baltic Wharf. It is in the city and about 5 miles from the M5. To be fair it is worth more than just one night but I am sure there is no Club rule that says you must stay a minimum number of nights. Our daughter is at Bristol University and when we looked for suitable site and CLs we found this to be the best. It does fill up as it is not a large site and as I write this it is full for the 28th and 29th August. But it is worth a try.
