Overnight Stop Convenient for Dunkerque Ferry?

We will be returning in early July from northern Germany, using Norfolk Lines as opposed to our usual P&O route. We will only need an overnight stop at the coast. Looking in the Caravan Club Europe 2 guide for a site near Dunkerque, there is Camping Kingervreugde, listed under Die Panne.

Has anyone used it or does anyone have any recommendations for a site convenient for the port?

.....you can overnight at the terminal if waiting for a ferry.

We have an early morning return ferry so what time is it acceptable to overnight from and what is the parking area like please?

we use Norfolkline 3 or 4 times a year and as long as you are not late for your booked sailing they will if they have space put you on an earlier sailing even a day early.We always use NL its usually cheaper than the alternatve ways of crossing the English channel
