Not sure how the survey was conducted, but weren't there big issues with Swift (sterling) caravans regarding water leakage on the roof on 2012 models and the clios holding on the wheel fairings becoming brittle and the fairing falling off? Something Swift continually denied.

Not seen the full report yet so will have to look at this in depth then. Satisfaction rates below 90% are no cause for celebration though even if the numbers that complain on the net are higher a higher proportion of sales than those who do not. Those with problems tend to shout while those who are happy just go off for the week.

That gets me to the same page but again i get nothing down the middle, i get the blogs on the rhs and the find a caravan etc on the lhs.

Seen the magazine now so no problem. The one consistant thing with last years seems to be Eldiss came bottom again, They appear to have improved but must be unhappy with the result which must be costing them sales.
Looking to replace our Avondale this year but not sure Eldiss will even make the look at list. We did have one some ten years ago and liked it, but it was best described as fragile and I would look very carefully at them before committing.
Adria seems to be getting the quality right but we have no sensibly close dealer and not sure they have a layout for us but will have a look at the show next week.

Thanks for your efforts, unfortunatly none of those links bring up the results via exployer 11, but using them with "chrome" works ok, i dont know why, and i have made the site compatible.

As yes, sorry, we do have some Internet Explorer compatibility issues at the moment. Apologies for that. I know the site works using Chrome, Firefox and Safari, if that helps?

RAY / DD .....
If you are using IE 11 ...... something must have been tweeked by a gremlin somewhere ..... but if you follow these instructions the link will then work without the compatability mode being activated .........

   Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, point to Safety, then click Delete browsing history. close the web page & re-open it will then work ok .........
