Unlike cars that have the colour code on the identity label, caravan makers find it all too difficult. I’ve used this company who are very helpful.

Cannot help I’m afraid, it works on all three of my devices. Just search fir “panelworks” that should get you to the company website.
I think that one is used on Swift vans. I used it on a repaired A frame fairing. Matched brilliantly.
Be wary about paint colour changing over time - my neighbour bought a secondhand Bailey from a local dealer, looked perfect at the time but as time went on, a repair at the rear corner became more and more visible as the colour darkened from a matching white to a noticeable cream - subsequent investigation showed that the caravan had been repaired before sale.
