Got our van back from repair shop where it had been repaired to lower back half. Asked the chap what paint he used for our 2000 Stirling Topaz. He said it is gardenia ( maybe misspelt). So emailed a firm which does caravan paints and they say only do paints from 2007 as you could not get the colour the van is now. Sounds fair enough but our guy got it perfect match, whether it will change later do not know. Still looking.
 
From dealing with motor claims I do know that specialists can mix paints to match anything. If a colour is no longer available it is not difficult for those who know how to recreate it but they need a sample to match which means it is only going to be done in a workshop.
 
Just got some paint for our 2010 Lunar from Yorkshire caravans. The paint is from Panelworks but you have to order from Yorkshire caravans.
Not sure if they go back to 2000 but you could try them
 
Hi Pastiche I hope this will help you have just done a minor repair on our Sterling and the colour I used is Fiat 249 If you post on Swifts Site there should be somebody come along and confirm that for you.On my van its a perfect match.

Same Fiat match for our Sprite.

Hi, the 249 is one which is used by many, however when my guy said he used Gardinia , spelling could be incorrect, for ours it could be the change due to age, ours being 2000. Thanks anyway.
