Painting My Caravan

I have a ABI Monza 1400S (mid-80's) and wish to paint the panels. Does anyone have any advise in regard to what type of paint to use, whether to mix it with anything, and how to apply it?

There are two sections to the caravan: the bottom 1/3 - re-painted a few years ago very poorly and it peeling badly, and the top 2/3 - standard white, but is fading quite a lot.

All advice is truely appreciated.

i painted a van back in the seventies and used coach paint and a good brush, take time to prepare properly and the job can be made to look very good
