Am I the only person who would NOT buy one of the NEW latest caravans because of the extremly light coloured seating?. Can you imagine the colour of the seats and cushions after a few weekends of use by family members and dogs.

When we bought our latest caravan my wife insisted without compromise that the interior, including the soft furniture must be light coloured or else she reckoned she'd get claustrophobia, but then only the two of us use the caravan and we haven't got a dog. So, each to his or her own, I suppose.

I'm with Trisha on this one. Looking to change van next year and the upholstery colour is the first thing I look at. If it's too pale I look no further and move on to the next one.
Why can't manufacturers give at least a couple of colour options eg same pattern but in 2 colour ways?
Oh well I'll keep looking for that practical colour!!

Hi We have a twin diner, and I bought some cheep throws to cover the seats at the "kids" end of the van. I dont mind these getting dirty, as they wash well, and are easily replaced. The light colour though didnt put me off our van choice, as we viewed one with darker fittings, and thought it looked gloomy. Each to their own, but some choice could be offered.

Hi
I'm with you on this Trish. We have a series 5 Pageant from new and have looked at newer vans but nothing yet to as OH says to justify the cost of changing. We don't have dogs but 3 kids sometimes 4 kids. I like very light colours but for holidays its got to be practical. Having a choice of colour would be a good idea
