myself and my parents and my 3 kids travelled from norfolk to park view farm cl in the wirral, merseyside to find the site was a right load of s*** the grass was about 5 inches long and the field was rough, the toilet was smelly, the shower had no mat on the floor it was a bare concrete floor and the toilet and shower backed onto a stable, no toilet roll, no towel to dry your hands on and the field was waterlogged, the owner of the so called site refused to give us our money back (£77) and when we left after being there for 3 hours there were 4 motorhomes, and 2 caravans. one of the motorhomes out of the 3 that turned up together just before we left got bogged down on the field. i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this site it is disgusting.

we found another cl 8 miles up the road, and we felt much happier when we pulled up, when we get back on saturday i am getting on it right away and reporting it

I would ring the Caravan Club first thing tomorrow morning so that hopefully the Club will act immediatly. If you wait and the owner thinks he will receive an inspection he is quite likely to make temporary improvements. The impact of your complaint would then be reduced.In the meantime other members will have the same experience as yourself.
