Would it not be better to put this advice on the "Home" page of the web site as I, too, spent quite a bit of time yesterday trying to find both the competition details and the customer satisfaction questionnaire (I've now read about this in another forum topic)?
I thought it was because I wasn't a registered user, so I dutifully completed that yesterday, but then didn't get the registration email for ages, so had to abandon my quest and come back to it this morning. I must say that I was left feeling that the web site was inadequate and that's not a good impression to create to a first-time user (like me!).
