PDQ Awning leaking bag - Help!

We use a Ventura full awning for main hols and decided to buy a new Mk 3 PDQ ( the larger one) at the end of the summer. We find it great for shorter breaks, although we wou;d say the claim of 2 mins to erect the thing is rather optimistic!!! My only problem is that after putting it away dry any leaving it on the van, as designed, its soaked when we next take it out and mold has started to form. I have coated the bag with Fabsil twice but it happened again this weekend. Any ideas please to waterproof bag and get rid of mold. Thanks.

Hi Paul same thing happened to us, We got it replaced through Towsure as this should not happen. We have used the replacement a few tines now and all is well.

You should get in touch with the retailer, hope you have success.
