Peak District in January

This months' CC Magazine features the Peak District CC site at Losehill. The UK Camp Site review is very complimentary, so I have booked up for mid January. Will any one be joining us; I guess it'll be pretty chilly at that time of year !!

Hi John, We were at the Blackwall Plantation site last week and while we were there paid a visit to Castleton and the Loosehill site. Great site with fantastic countryside all around, while we were visiting we booked on for four nights from 29th January.
 
Well, if you're there over the weekend of 12th / 13th Jan, look out for us (Sorento + Senator Oklahoma). I'll know you of course; the infamous Land Cruiser 🙂

We stayed for 7 nights last week. The site was excellent and set up for the outdoor enthusiast - drying room etc.

We will try and book for next Xmas and new year (2007/08) as it is so close to fantastic walks, great pubs and brilliant cycling
