NGH says "it is in your hands" YES it!! but it is nothing to do with the 6th of may. no government of any colour is going to reduce the cost of fuel get real, it is just too big of a money earner to do that. the only way to reduce your fuel costs is to use less and buy from the cheapest source full stop?.
