Hi, Has anyone had the same problem has me. Just bought a 15 month old caravan with the phathom proactive tracker fitted but due to the subscription being cancelled 3 months ago the company want another £299 to activate the system again. They say they need to come and fit a whole new tracker this sounds ridiculous and opportunistic. What do you thin?
 
i wouldnt bother mate. you only get about 10% off your insurance and if it was stolen would you really want it back?.

ive got one on my new van but i dont know if i will carry it on after the first year purley for the same reasons.

Jo-anne you are not looking at the overall picture.

The fitting of Tracker is so the insurance companies can at least recoup some of the loss back

Hi I just bought a Metis Tracker from my local dealer, No annual cost, you can move it when you sell your van and it will text your phone if the van is stolen. tracking is via a website.
