No one in the family ever mentioned sheep. I suspect the black comes from a Spanish or Portugese ancestor on the maters side, you know, all that rape and pillage stuff. They had it good in those days.

The story handed down the centuries says that my GGGreat grandfather was a butler to the Duke of something at Blair Atholl .He eloped with the Duke's daughter.

Funny that Dusty, one of my ancestors was Wat Tyler. He was the leader of the forerunner of todays unions. He led the members to revolt claiming there was too much pillage and not enough rape :O(
 
Wat Tyler was one of the first peasant leaders to fight the government over poll tax. I wonder what he would have made of Maggie; more pillage than rape? LOL.
