I didn't mean it as a criticism, just a reason for non-functionality - it's a really useful tool and maybe all it needs is a mention that you need to use Microsoft IE for it to work.
This shouldn't be a problem for Windows owners - you can't get rid of Microsoft IE - so they should be able to use that even if their preferred browser is Firefox or Opera or whatever.
