We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. I didn't mean it as a criticism, just a reason for non-functionality - it's a really useful tool and maybe all it needs is a mention that you need to use Microsoft IE for it to work.
This shouldn't be a problem for Windows owners - you can't get rid of Microsoft IE - so they should be able to use that even if their preferred browser is Firefox or Opera or whatever.
