The warlords at Haymarket Towers are reviewing the issue of posting photos and other images on this forum. A decision will be reached some time this millennium.
Lord B - can you clarify something. That photo cris has posted with a drawn in king costume, is that you and your wife or cris and his?

Could there be a system whereby photos could be checked by the mods before being posted? Personally, I don't mind what's posted but I appreciate some people are more easily upset than me.

If I read the Mods post correct, I think we may have some leeway as our kind Hosts at Haymarket will decide some time later!

So if we all behave and post NICE sensible Photo's all will be well.

I feel that somebody needs to explain EXACTLY how the photo posting works in very basic laymans terms !

May be my friend Sparkes could come up with the right simple explanation.

The nature of this forum means you will not be able to have a photo link or smiley or logo with your every post unless you create a link every time you post on a thread.

The forum can not suddenly be swamped with pics and smileys on every post unlike other sites!

Unless somebody explains TO ALL how it all works and what is expected, I could never see how you could have a fair vote.

And if Haymarket are giving us some leeway to get under control and be sensible somebody obviously has some respect for my exhibition budget at the company ;-)

They could go the other way and ban them cris. Whatever happens this system isn't ideal, for example some can see my pics but others can't. If people, like Touring and Tenting, can host photos, a site run by two people for the love of it, surely a business like Haymarket could do it.
